Terms of Service

Agreement

By using lazyreaders.shop or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. An order is a request to buy; we may decline or cancel an order (for example, because of a pricing error, suspected fraud or a stock problem), in which case you'll be refunded in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping and returns

Delivery and returns are covered in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Safe use of the product

Lazy Readers prism glasses redirect your line of sight. They are not a medical device, don't correct your vision and don't treat or prevent any condition.

• Use them only while lying still. Never wear them while walking, driving, cycling or operating machinery.
• Remove them before sleeping.
• Stop using them and take a break if you feel dizzy, strained or uncomfortable.
• If you have an eye condition or health concerns, ask your eye care professional before use.

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colors on your screen may differ slightly and measurements are approximate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
