Standard shipping is free on every order. Orders are processed within 1 business day and standard delivery typically takes 4 to 7 business days after dispatch. Express shipping (2 to 3 business days) is available at checkout for an extra fee.

You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, holidays or customs, so please allow some extra time during busy periods.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Duties, import taxes or customs fees that apply in your country are the responsibility of the customer.

If Lazy Readers aren't for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return and a full refund of the purchase price.

How to start a return

• Email support@lazyreaders.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
• We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
• Send the glasses back in their original condition.
• Once we receive them, we'll refund your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo and we'll replace it or refund you.
